Online Feng Shui Store Policies


It is Online Feng Shui Store objective to strive to fulfil customers’ satisfaction pertaining to the purchase of our products. In order to help make shopping here a pleasant experience, we have set out the following policies for your kind attention.


We offer money back guarantee for order cancellation. For orders which have not been shipped a full refund will be made. Please email us your cancellation request as soon as possible as our shipping team is rather efficient and items may be shipped within hours from receipt of orders. Please refer to Return & Exchanges on procedure for returning cancelled orders.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. Should you wish to return or exchange an item for reasons other than it being damaged, please make sure it is in the condition it was received. In this case, the purchaser shall be responsible for the return shipping charges. Email us within 7 days of receipt of your order BEFORE you return the item and we will guide you on the necessary return procedure. The item must be returned within 30 days from the day you receive the goods for a full refund or exchange, minus the shipping charges. Once we have received the returned package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and you will be informed accordingly via email. Please allow additional days for your banking institution to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

Damaged Goods

All items are stringently checked before shipment. However, there is the possibility of items being damaged during shipment. In such cases, replacement (subject to availability) at our cost or a refund will be made upon your request via e-mail. Any notification of damage must be made within 2 days of receipt of the items. Please retain all packing materials and products as the Express Service provider may require evidence of the damage in order to process the insurance claim.

International Orders

We ship worldwide from Malaysia with a choice of standard mail or express courier service. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further details. International buyers are responsible for paying the shipping expense as well as any VAT, duty, taxes or custom fees that your country may charge upon delivery. We will not be responsible in the event customs retain, damage, open or steal your package.

Our Feng Shui Products

The dimensions indicated for our products are approximate only and they are basically in centimetre (Cm) in the order of Width x Depth x Height (Thickness).

The weight indicated will be used to calculate the shipping charges. If the product comes with a box, the weight including box and packaging materials will be used.

Although each product is practically identical to the item shown on our website, there may be minor variations in the finishing or colour of the item you receive. This may be due to the product being handcrafted individually or produced in different batches. Variations in colour could also be due to the lighting used when photographs of the items were taken. We, however, try to post numerous photographs of our products taken from different angles and in close-ups so that customers can have an accurate picture of the item they will be purchasing.

Natural Crystal & Gemstone

It is only natural that natural crystals, being products of nature, vary in colour, veining and shading. Every piece is unique and special. The variations may be more noticeable between products from different batches. They may also have naturally occurring flecks, uneven textures and inclusions or internal fractures which serve to show the beauty of nature. These are not flaws and are acceptable in the from the Feng Shui perspective.

Out of Stock Policy

Our stock balances fluctuates throughout the day with sales demand being constantly fulfilled and shipped out while stock supplies from manufacturers continuously coming in. Even though the item you ordered is NOT identified as "Sold Out" or "Out of Stock" it does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. You will be notified via email and be allowed 3 days to reply if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. In the absence of any reply from you, we will proceed to ship the other items in your order and refund the out-of-stock item. Partial refund on the shipping charge will be made if removing the out-of-stock item affects the total shipping charge.

Customer Privacy

Our customer information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be released to anyone. We have the latest encryption technology that would secure your ordering information such as your name, address, e-mail address and credit card number. You can be assured our mailing list will never be shared or sold to anyone.
